Right-click the page tab you'd like to move and select
 Move or Copy. -
Choose the notebook and section where you'd like the page to appear and select Move.
Tip:Â The page will be moved to the end of the section you selected. You can drag it to a different position in the list of pages, if needed.
In OneNote for the web, you can move a page within the same section and you can move a page to another section in the same notebook. Pages can't be moved to other notebooks.
As a workaround, copy the contents of a page and paste it in another notebook. Delete the original page, if you'd like.
You can move a page to another notebook using the OneNote desktop app.

To open the desktop app, at the top of the ribbon, select Editing > Open in Desktop App.

Control-click the page tab you'd like to move.

Select Move Page To or press Shift+⌘+M.
