Choose the account you want to sign in with.

  1. In a message you're composing, put your cursor where you want to insert the template content.

  2. On the Insert tab, select Outlook all apps button Apps > My Templates.

    (The first time you use My Templates, click through a description of the feature to get to step 2.)

  3. In the My Templates pane on the right, select the template you want to insert. 

    The text is immediately added to your message. Close the pane and continue editing your message.
