Junk Mail is a default folder in classic Outlook.

In Mail, in the folder pane on the left, select the Junk Email folder.

If you don't see the folder pane, expand it by selecting the greater than (>) icon near the top left:

To recover a message, select the item in the message list.

On the Home tab, select  Block > Not Junk.
If you don't see Junk near the left end, go to the right end of the ribbon and select  More options > Block > Not Junk.Â

In the dialog box, decide whether to keep or clear the first option, Always trust email from sender, then select OK. (If you choose that option, the sender is added to a Safe Senders list and their mail won't be marked as junk from now on.)
