  1. From a browser, sign in to your Box account.

  2. Right-click the file, and select a command.

  1. From a browser, sign in to your Office account.

  2. In the Microsoft 365 app launcher, select OneDrive.

  3. Right-click the file, and select a command

Office desktop

  • Select File > Open.

  • Select Box.

    Note: Requires Box for Office.

  • Select File > Open.

  • Select OneDrive - [your company name].

Mobile app

  1. In the Box mobile app, tap All Files or Recents.

  2. Tap the file.

  1. In the OneDrive mobile app, tap Files or Recent.

  2. Tap the file.

Office mobile apps

  1. Add Box in Account > Add a Service for each Office app you use.

  2. Tap Open and tap Box.

  3. Tap a file.
