Visio files stored in OneDrive or SharePoint can be viewed through Visio for the web, or OneDrive for the web. 

  1. After selecting the Visio email attachment you wish to view, select Share > Save to Account.

  2. Choose the OneDrive account you'd like to save the file to.

  3. Using your browser, navigate to visio.cloud.microsoft and sign in with the same account as above.

  4. Choose the file you saved to view it in Visio for the web.
