Issue: Outlook users have found they are unable to move mail to any sub-folder within the Inbox. When an attempt is made to move an item the following error is returned: "Cannot move the items".

Workaround:
To work around the issue you can do one of the following:

Use Outlook on the Web (OWA) to move the items into sub-folders

For mail hosted with 3rd parties (IMAP/POP3), please log into webmail to move the items into sub-folders
