On the View tab, select Macros and chooseÂ
 Record Macro. -
Give the macro a name, and assign a shortcut key if you want.Â

Select OK to start recording and perform the actions you want to automate.

To end recording, on the View tab, select Macros and then chooseÂ
 Stop Recording.
Tip: To play it back, select Macros, choose the macro, and then select Run, or use the shortcut key.
