Go to the Developer tab and select Record Macro. If the tab isn't there, see Show the Developer tab.

Select OK to start recording and perform the actions you want to automate.

On the Developer tab, select Stop Recording.
Tip: To play it back, select Macros and choose the macro, and select Run.

Go to Automate and select Record Actions.

Perform the actions you want to automate.

On the Record Actions pane, select Stop.
