If a deleted message isn't in the Deleted Items folder in classic Outlook for Windows, you may be able to get it from the server.

  1. In the left pane, select the Deleted Items folder.

  2. On the classic ribbon, select the Home tab, then select Recover Deleted Items from Server.

  3. In the Recover Deleted Items dialog, select items to recover. (To choose multiple items, hold down the Ctrl key and select separate items; to choose a range, hold down the Shift key and select first and last items; or pick Select All.)

  4. Check the Restore Selected Items option and then select OK.

For more on recovering deleted items, see Recover deleted items in Outlook for Windows.
