Remove all speaker notes

1. Go to File > Info.

2. Select Check for Issues > Inspect Document.

3. Clear all options except Presentation Notes.

4. Select Inspect > Remove All > Close.

Note: You can also select  on the status bar to show or hide Notes.

Removing all speaker notes in one action currently isn't possible in PowerPoint for Mac.

You can opt to show or hide speaker notes by selecting  .

You can show or hide speaker notes by selecting  Notes on the status bar, but removing all speaker notes isn't currently possible in PowerPoint for the web. You can, however, remove all speaker notes in the PowerPoint desktop app. 

• To open the desktop app, at the top of the ribbon, select  Editing and choose Open in Desktop App.
