  1. Select the cell range where you want to remove the duplicates.

  2. Go to Data and select  Excel Remove Duplicates icon Remove Duplicates in the Data Tools group.

  3. If you get a warning dialog, choose whether to expand your selection or continue. 

  4. Choose all the columns with duplicates and select OK.
