You can take actions on the Notebooks, Sections or Pages.
Actions from home page

Open OneNote for Android.

On landing on the home page, long press Page Cards to take different actions right from the home page.

You can Delete a page, Move or Copy it to a different section, Share it or Add it to the home screen as a shortcut.

You can also long press on the One Page card and multi-select Multiple Pages to take actions on several pages together. You can delete and move or copy multiple pages together from the home page.
Take actions from Notebooks Navigation

Open OneNote for Android.

From the home page, tap on the Notebooks toggle on the top of the home page to take actions on Notebooks, Sections, or Pages.
Take actions on notebooks

On the Notebooks home page, tap on Notebooks, and long press the notebook on which you want to take an action.

You can Sync your notebook or Close it from the existing list of notebooks (this is not same as deleting it) from the top right corner.

You can also tap on the three dots (. . .) on the top right to add Notebook to Home screen or view error on notebook, if there are any.
Take actions on sections

Navigate to the section list to take action on the section and long press it to take an action.

You can Delete the section permanently or Rename the section from the top right corner.

You can also tap on the three dots (. . .) to password protect a section, remove a password from existing section, or set the section as Default or Add a shortcut to home screen.
Take actions on pages

Navigate to the Page list to take action on the page and long press it to take an action.

You can delete a page permanently and move or copy it to a different section from the top right corner.

You can also tap on the three dots (...)menu to Add a shortcut of the Page to the home screen.
