If Outlook isn't working correctly, sometimes restarting it will fix the problem. If that doesn't work, you can try repairing Outlook.

Right-click Windows
Start and select Installed apps. -
Type Outlook in the search box and select Outlook (new).

Select the ellipsis (
) > Advanced options. -
Select Repair or Reset.
Caution:Â Reset deletes the app's data, Repair does not.

Follow the prompts to finish. When you're done, you might need to restart your computer.
