Outlook for Microsoft 365

If Outlook isn't working correctly, sometimes restarting it will fix the problem. If that doesn't work, you can try repairing Outlook.

  1. Right-click Windows Outlook Windows icon Start and select Installed apps.

  2. Type Outlook in the search box and select Outlook (new).

  3. Select the ellipsis (Generic Ellipsis button) > Advanced options.

  4. Select Repair or Reset.

Caution:  Reset deletes the app's data, Repair does not.

  5. Follow the prompts to finish. When you're done, you might need to restart your computer.
