Select the worksheet to print.

On the Page Layout tab, select
 Print Titles. -
Enter a reference to rows for labels into Rows to repeat at top.

Enter a reference for columns that contain row labels into Columns to repeat at left, and select OK.

Enter a reference to rows for labels into the Rows to repeat at top box, the reference for columns that contain row labels into Columns to repeat at left, and select OK.
Tip: Choose  Collapse dialog at the right of either box and select the row or column.Â
Repeating column headers when printing isn't currently possible in Excel for the web. You can, however, repeat column headers when printing in the Excel desktop app.

To open the desktop app, at the top of the ribbon, select Editing > Open in Desktop App.
