Calendar, select New meeting, or from a chat select Schedule meeting. -
Add a title, required attendees, date, time, duration, and details. Choose
Does not repeat to set a repeat interval, like for weekly meetings. -
Choose
Add channel to meet with channel or team members. -
Select More options for other meeting settings, like security, roles, or recording automatically.

Select Send to email meeting invites, or Save if you haven't yet added any attendees.
If you have a phone service enabled, Teams adds a phone number once you send the first invite.
