On the Insert tab, selectÂ
 File Printout. -
Choose the file you'd like to use for the page background and select Insert.

If needed, resize the file, right-click the image, and select Set Picture as Background.

On the Insert menu, select
 Insert File Printout. If you are using the Simplified ribbon, on the Insertmenu, select File > Insert File Printout. -
Choose a file, such as a Word document or PDF and select Open.

Right-click the file and choose Set Picture as Background.
