  1. On the View tab, select Slide Master.

  2. In the Background group, select Fonts.

  3. From the menu, select a preset font pair to use for your headings and body text.

Tip: Three names appear in each item. The first is the nickname of the pair, the second name is the heading font, and the third name is the body-text font.

  4. Alternatively, at the very bottom of the menu, you can select Customize Fonts to make your own choices from the entire set of available fonts on your system. Just select a heading font, then a body font, and assign a name to them.

After you save your selections, the fonts in your current file will be changed accordingly, and your new font pair will be added to the Font menu.

  5. Close Master View to resume working on your slides.
