Important: If your admin hasn't set up a phone line, you can only forward to voicemail.

Select the ellipsis (...) next to your initials or profile picture at the top of the app.

Select Settings and choose Calls.

Under Call handling and forwarding, select from the dropdown menus for When you're in a call and receive another call and When you can't answer a call to determine where you want the calls to go.
If you can only forward to voicemail, your admin hasn't set up a phone line for Teams.
Tip: To stop forwarding, follow these steps, only select Let new calls ring me.
