Share Microsoft 365 Family
Note:Â Sharing your subscription is only available with the Microsoft 365 Family plan. If you have an Microsoft 365 Personal subscription and want to upgrade, please see Switch to a different Microsoft 365 for home subscription.

Sign in at your account portal, find your Microsoft 365 Family subscription, and click Sharing.

Select Start sharing.

Choose how you'd like to share your subscription: Invite via email or Invite via link.

After anyone accepts the invitation, they can sign in to www.office.com using their Microsoft account to install Office.
