In order to share your personal calendar data with your work profile calendar, you must use compatible Outlook app versions. Please try updating your Outlook apps on your personal and work profiles.
Please note, not all users will have access to the Show Personal Calendar feature. Please check with your system administrator to find out if this feature is supported by your tenant.
