You can't currently snooze a message in classic Outlook, but you can do it in new Outlook or Outlook for the web.

Open Microsoft365.com, then open the Outlook app there.

In Outlook for the web, open a message and on the Home tab, select
 Snooze. -
Pick a date and time, or select Choose a date.

Select
 Custom time and set a date and time.Tip: While the Time field in Custom time may show 30-minute increments, you can select the field and type your own increment.
(After you snooze a message, you'll see a Snoozed folder in folder list in both the web and desktop versions of Outlook.)

Pick a date and time, or select Choose a date.

Select Outlook on the top menu bar and choose Settings, or press ⌘+, (comma).

Select Reading in the Outlook Settings dialog.

At the bottom of the Reading dialog, check
 Snooze, and close the dialog.
