Change spacing
Tighter
Click to move the organization chart shapes one drawing page grid unit closer together.
Looser
Click to move the organization chart shapes one drawing page grid unit farther apart.
Custom
Click, and then click Values, to choose a layout type and set the exact spacing you want between superiors and subordinates, and between subordinates.
Apply spacing to
Selected shape
Click to apply spacing settings to the shape(s) you selected before you opened the dialog box.
Current page
Click to apply spacing settings to all shapes on the page that is currently displayed.
All pages
Click to apply spacing settings to all shapes on all pages of your organization chart.
