Split names into separate columns

Select the column that contains the names you want to split, on the Data tab, choose   Text to Columns.

Choose the original data type, delimited or fixed width, and select Next.

Complete the steps in the wizard and select Finish.

Select the column that contains the names you want to split, on the Data tab, choose   Split Text to Columns.

Choose the delimiter, and select Apply.
