Microsoft 365 includes Skype for Business, which lets you have instant messaging (IM), audio and video conversations, and Skype meetings. To download Skype for Business, sign in to Microsoft 365, then at the top of the page, click Settings > Microsoft 365 settings > Software > Skype for Business.
