During a meeting, select Notes on the meeting controls. If you don't see it, select the ellipsis (...) and then choose Show notes.

On the Meeting notes pane, select Agenda, Meeting notes, or Follow-up tasks. Add items or just start typing. Type a / to see more options.

To enter notes on a separate page, select Open in browser.

To view notes after the meeting, select Chat on the left, find the meeting, on the Recap tab, select Notes.
