Text message notifications in the Outlook web app

To enable or disable text message notifications, follow the steps below:

  1. Select Settings Settings icon > Options or View all Outlook settings

  2. Select General > Text messaging.

Important: The text message notification service has been discontinued for Microsoft 365 customers using Exchange Online.
