When using Outlook Desktop in M365 and launching a hosted application (e.g., To Do) from the left navigation bar in touch mode, you are unable to interact with the hosted application using touch.
The Outlook Team is working on a fix for this issue.
Use a mouse to interact with hosted applications within Outlook Desktop.
