On the File tab, select Options.

Select Proofing.

Under When correcting spelling and grammar in PowerPoint, check the box next to Mark grammar errors as you type.

Select OK to save your changes.
Grammar errors will now be marked with double blue underlining. You can right-click an error marked this way to see suggestions for correcting it.

On the Review tab, select Check Slide > Editor Settings.

Under Grammar, select the items you want to check for, then select OK.

To check the grammar on the current slide, select Check Slide > Check Slide.

On the PowerPoint menu, select Preferences.

Select Proofing.

Turn on Mark grammar errors as you type.
Grammar errors will now be marked with double blue underlining. You can right-click an error marked this way to see suggestions for correcting it.
