In classic Outlook, select Home >
​​​​​​​ Block and choose ​​​​​​​ Junk E-mail Options. -
Select the Blocked Senders tab.

Select an address or domain name, and select Remove.

Select Apply > OK.
To block a sender, see Block senders.

In new Outlook, on the View tab, selectÂ
 View Settings. -
Select Mail > Junk email.

Under Blocked senders and domains, locate the sender you want to unblock, then selectÂ
 Remove. -
Close the window to save your changes.

In Outlook for Mac, go to the Outlook menu and select Settings.

In the Email section, select Junk.

Under Blocked senders and domains, locate the sender you want to unblock, then select (-) Remove.

Close the window to save your changes.
