When you're writing an email message in classic Outlook, you can undo a previous action or actions:

On your keyboard, press Ctrl+Z, or select
 Undo in the upper-left corner of the message.
Tip:Â To redo, press Ctrl+YÂ or select the down arrow next to the Undo icon and choose
By default, classic Outlook saves the last 100 undoable actions. Some actions, such as turning on the Bcc field, can't be undone by this method. If you can't undo an action, the Undo command changes to Can't Undo.
