Upload a file to a chat or conversation

1. Select a Chat or Channel, and choose an existing conversation or post, or start a new chat or post.

2. Select  Apps and actions and then  Attach files in the chat or post window, and do one of the following:

   • Select   Upload from this device, choose a file to upload and select Open. If you see a message about sharing, select the file and choose how you want to share. 

   • Select Attach cloud files, choose a file, and select Attach. If you see Upload a copy, or Share a link, choose an option. 

   • Select  Browse Teams and channels (in channels only), choose a file and select Attach.
