Use the Microsoft 365 app with VoiceOver, the built-in iOS screen reader, to sign in to the app, add new accounts, and review your account details. You'll also learn how to turn on or off the app notifications, send feedback, and sign out of the Microsoft 365 app.

Sign in to the Microsoft 365 app

In the Microsoft 365 app, tap with four fingers near the top of the screen to move the focus to the account profile button. You hear: "Signed out, Navigation pane." Double-tap the screen. You hear: "Sign in."

Double-tap the screen. You hear: "Cancel, button." The Microsoft sign-in page opens. Swipe right until you hear "Email, phone, or Skype," and then double-tap the screen.

Use the on-screen keyboard to type the email address of your account. When you're done, swipe right until you hear "Return," and then double-tap the screen. The page for entering your password opens. Depending on your organization, you might need to choose among further sign-in options before you get to enter your password.

Swipe right or left until you hear "Secure text field, Password," and then double-tap the screen.

Use the on-screen keyboard to type your password. When you're done, tap near the bottom of the screen with four fingers, swipe left until you hear "Go," and then double-tap the screen. Depending on your organization, you might need to take extra action to sign in, for example, enter a PIN code if your organization is using multi-factor authentication.
When the sign-in is completed, the focus moves to the Home tab and you're ready to start working on your files.
Add a new account or sign in to a different account

Manage notifications
You can choose if you want to receive push notifications sent by the Microsoft 365 app, such as notifications for product announcements or alerts when someone shares a file with you or starts editing a file you've recently modified.

Send feedback

Swipe right until you hear "Tell us what you like" or "Tell us what can be better," depending on what kind of feedback you want to send, and then double-tap the screen.

Swipe right until you hear "Feedback, Please do not include any confidential or personal information in your comment," and then double-tap the screen. Use the on-screen keyboard to type your feedback.

If you want to include an email address with your feedback, swipe right until you hear "Email, text field is editing, optional," and then double-tap the screen. Use the on-screen keyboard to type your email address.

Review your account details

Swipe right until you hear the details of the account you want to review, and then swipe right once more. You hear: "Account details, Greater than, button." Double-tap the screen. You hear: "Account info."

Swipe right until you hear "View account information," followed by the username of the account, and then double-tap the screen. The page showing the account details opens.

Swipe right to have TalkBack read the details of your account one item at a time, such as your username and contact details. When you're done, to exit the page, swipe down-then-left.

To return to your profile view, swipe down-then-left. To exit the profile view and return to the tab where you left off, swipe down-then-left.
Manage notifications

Use the on-screen keyboard to type your feedback. When you're done, swipe down-then-left to close the on-screen keyboard.

Swipe right until you hear "Submit," and then double-tap the screen. Your feedback is sent, and the focus returns to the profile view.
