The To-Do bar is a narrow pane on the right side of classic Outlook you can open to keep calendar events, tasks, or contacts always in view.Â

In Mail, on the ribbon, on the View tab in classic Outlook. SelectÂ
 To-Do Bar. -
Select an option from the menu.
The To-Do bar immediately appears on the right, showing the type of information you selected.Â
You can repeat this step to add more information to the pane, and you can select Off from the menu any time to close the pane.

 My Day.The My Day pane opens on the right margin of the window. It has two tabs you can switch between: Calendar and Tasks. The pane stays open until you close it or until you open another pane (Tips, Notifications, or Help).
