Use the TRANSPOSE function

The TRANSPOSE function switch or rotate cells from vertical to horizontal and vice versa. 

1. Select the top-left cell of the target output range. 

2. Enter =TRANSPOSE(array), where array is the original range of cells that you want to transpose.
   For example: =TRANSPOSE(A1:C25).
