Change your Office for home password to keep your account secure.

1. Sign in to account.microsoft.com with your Microsoft account.

   Note: The email address and password for your Microsoft account is the same account you might also use for services such as Xbox Live, Skype or Outlook.com.

2. Select Security in the left pane. 

3. Select Change Password at the top of the page.

4. Verify your account on the Protect your account page, sign in again, or if you've set up 2-factor authentication, complete that. 

5. On the change your password page, type in your Current password.

6. Type in a New password and then reenter the password.

7. Select Save to change your password.
