With Microsoft 365 on your iPhone and iPad, you can take your files on the go and be productive at work, on the road, or at home.

  • Go to the App Store and download the Office mobile apps you want.

  • The first time you open an app, sign in with the account you use to sign into Microsoft 365.

  • To access files stored in another location than OneDrive, like Dropbox or Box, select Add a place, then choose the location to add.

  • In Word, Excel, or PowerPoint, tap where you'd like to place the cursor and make a few edits.

  • To see options, tap iPhone edit button icon. Edit to show the ribbon.

  • Tap the ellipsis (Generic Ellipsis button) on the ribbon or the current tab to show other tabs, like Home, Insert, Layout, Review, or View.

  • In PowerPoint, tap Notes button icon, Notes to view, add, or edit notes.

  • In Excel, tap the Function (Fx) bar icon Formula bar and select Formula keyboard button icon. formula keyboard, to quickly enter numbers and formulas.

  • Tap Share button icon. Share and then select Share button icon. Share again to invite others to view or edit your work.

    If you are using a smaller screen and don't see the Share button, tap the More ellipsis (Generic Ellipsis button) to show the share options.
