If you don't have Skype yet, download the app from Skype.com, Apple App Store, or Google Play Store.
Use Skype minutes

Choose Dial pad

Click the Choose country/region drop-down arrow to select a country code for the number you’re dialing.

Type in a phone number.

Choose Call or press enter to start the call.
Check your minutes

Sign in to your Skype account at Skype.com.

View how many minutes you have available under the World minutes for Office 365 section.
Note: Your Skype minutes don't roll over, but you'll get 60 new Skype minutes every month as long as your Microsoft 365 Family subscription is active.

To use your Skype minutes, click the Dial pad button.
If you're calling a number outside of your home country,
use the Choose country/region drop-down arrow to select a country code,
And type in a phone number.
When you're ready to connect, choose Call or press enter.
To see how many Skype minutes you have available, sign in to your account at Skype.com/.
Here, you can see how many minutes you've used.
