Use Skype minutes

  1. Choose Dial pad Select the dial pad icon in Skype in Skype.

  2. Click the Choose country/region drop-down arrow to select a country code for the number you’re dialing.

  3. Type in a phone number.

  4. Choose Call or press enter to start the call.

Check your minutes

  • Sign in to your Skype account at Skype.com.

  • View how many minutes you have available under the World minutes for Office 365 section.

    Note: Your Skype minutes don't roll over, but you'll get 60 new Skype minutes every month as long as your Microsoft 365 Family subscription is active.

Skype lets you make free Skype-to-Skype calls to anywhere in the world.

And with an Microsoft 365 Family subscription, you get 60 Skype minutes a month to say "hello" to contacts on mobile phones or landlines in more than 60 locations worldwide.

If you don't have Skype yet, download the app from Skype.com,

or from the App Store or Google Play Store.

To use your Skype minutes, click the Dial pad button.

If you're calling a number outside of your home country,

use the Choose country/region drop-down arrow to select a country code,

And type in a phone number.

When you're ready to connect, choose Call or press enter.

To see how many Skype minutes you have available, sign in to your account at Skype.com/.

Here, you can see how many minutes you've used.

Your Skype minutes don't roll over, but as long as your Microsoft 365 subscription is active, you'll get 60 new Skype minutes every month.
