When a GroupMe account is suspended, the user will see an error message when they try to log in that the account has been suspended due to a violation of GroupMe’s Community Guidelines, which extend upon the Code of Conduct section of the Microsoft Services Agreement. Â
If you believe your account was suspended by mistake, you may submit an appeal to have your account reinstated by completing the form here.
Note: If you don’t see a suspended account message at login, you may be experiencing a login issue instead. If your account was deleted by you or someone with your password, there is no way to restore it.Â
