Indicate a link between three or more objects

  1. Drag an N-ary Link shape from the UML Static Structure stencil onto the drawing page near the objects you want to relate.

  2. Double-click the N-ary Link shape to open its UML Properties dialog box. Under LinkEnd Count, set the number of link ends you want. Type or choose the other property values you want, and then click OK.

  3. Glue the endpoints on the link ends to connection points Connection point image - blue Xon the objects you want to relate.

Indicate a link between two objects

  1. Drag a Link shape from the UML Static Structure stencil onto the drawing page near the objects you want to relate.

  2. Glue the endpoints on the link to connection points Connection point image - blue Xon the objects.

  3. Double-click the Link shape to open the UML Link Properties dialog box, and then type or choose the property values you want.

  4. Click OK.
