Entering similar task or resource information successively
The Planning Wizard appears when you've been making the same change to the same field for several tasks or resources. To make this change more quickly:
- Hold down CTRL and select several task or resource rows at one time.
- Click Task Information or Resource Information.
- Enter the same information for all of the selected tasks or resources.
Project will make the change to all of the tasks or resources you have selected.
If you don't want the Planning Wizard to display this information again, select the Don't tell me about this again check box.
