Cloud fonts in Office - Microsoft Support

Fonts Not Displayed When Installing New Fonts - Microsoft Support
Click Start, point to Settings, and then click Control Panel. Double-click Fonts. On the File menu, click Fonts to place a check mark. On the File menu, click Install New Font. To verify that fonts are being displayed, look in a folder that contains font files (such as the Windows\Fonts folder).

Use decorative fonts from third-party vendors - Microsoft Support
Install a font from a third party. Download the font to your computer. If the font comes in a compressed .zip file, right-click that file and select Extract All. The file is uncompressed and saved to your computer disk. Right-click the font file and select Install.

Increase default text size in Microsoft Edge
You can change the font size in the new Microsoft Edge. Select Settings and more > Settings > Appearance. Under Fonts, choose a font size. You can also customize the size and style of fonts used in Microsoft Edge by selecting Customize fonts on the same page.
