Scan a document or picture - Microsoft Support
A scanner you've connected using a wired, wireless, or network connection. An app for scanning files, such as Windows Scan, available for free from Microsoft Store. The Windows Scan app can help you scan pictures or documents and save them to your PC as JPEG, bitmap, or PNG files.
Apply sensitivity labels to your files and email - Microsoft Support
On the Home tab, select Sensitivity. If you're in Outlook select Sensitivity when composing an email on the Message tab. Choose the sensitivity label that applies to your file or email. Note: You'll see Learn more if your organization has configured a website to explain more about their sensitivity labels.

External or guest sharing in OneDrive, SharePoint, and Lists
Sharing OneDrive files, SharePoint files, or Lists with other people allows you to securely collaborate with people outside your organization. If you sign in with a work or school account, you can send a link to specific people, either inside or outside of your organization.

Turn new message alert pop-up on or off - Microsoft Support
Turn alerts on or off. Select Settings. Select General, then Notifications. Under Notify me about, turn the toggle on or off for Mail, Calendar, or Documents. See an alert in a pop-up window on the bottom of Windows desktop when new email messages arrive in your Outlook Inbox.

Exchange account server settings - Microsoft Support

Safe Senders in Outlook.com. To ensure messages from known addresses or domains don't get moved to your Junk Email folder, add them to your safe senders list: Open your Safe Senders settings. Under Safe senders and domains, enter the email address or domain you want to add, and select Add.
