An app for scanning files, such as Windows Scan, available for free from Microsoft Store. The Windows Scan app can help you scan pictures or documents and save them to your PC as JPEG, bitmap, or PNG files. For more info, see Install and use a scanner in Windows. Get Windows Scan.

Right-click the top-left cell, and then click Paste. To adjust the columns to fit the text, place the cursor between the column headers and double-click. Click File > Print, specify a printer, and then click Print. Add voting buttons to a message so that recipients can vote; results are tracked automatically in Outlook.

In the Translate to dropdown, choose the language you want the page translated into. The default is the language you've set for Microsoft Edge. To translate the page, click Translate. To always automatically translate from the source language, select the Always translate from [Language] check box.

A vCard enables you to send contact information in a format that can be easily read in other e-mail programs. A vCard is saved as a .vcf file, which is the Internet standard for sharing contact information. When you send a vCard, its .vcf file is sent with the message as an attachment.

Open the Camera in Windows. To open up your webcam or camera, select the Start button, then select All apps, and then select Camera in the list of apps. If you have multiple cameras, you can switch between them by selecting Change Camera at the top right once the Camera app is opened. Open Camera.

Windows 10. Use the People app to see all your contacts in one place, listed alphabetically. To open the app, select the Start button, and then select People. Enter your account info if you’re asked to sign in.

When someone sends you vCards (virtual business cards that most email programs recognize), here’s how to save them to your Outlook 2016 contacts list. If you've exported your contacts from iCloud to a vCard file, you can import them into Outlook all at the same time.

Find and download Windows Live Mail. If you’ve been using Windows Live Mail, you might want to give the Windows Mail app a try. If you sign in to your PC with your Microsoft account, your email address is already set up in the Mail app.
