Your voicemail is set up with a default greeting, but you can record a personal greeting any time you want. On the Phone tab, click the voicemail icon below the dial pad, and then click Change Greetings. Skype for Business calls your voicemail and guides you to record a personal greeting.

If you want to track your Microsoft Rewards order after you redeem an award, sign in to the Rewards page with your Microsoft account, select Redeem and then select Order history. On the Order history page, find your order and then look under Status. Open Rewards dashboard.

When Unread is selected, only the unread messages in the current folder are shown in the message list. The Inbox or any mail folder can be filtered to display only unread messages. By default, unread messages appear in bold in the message list.
