Choose language settings for your keyboard, websites, and apps
You can add an input language in Settings. Adding an input language lets you set a language-preference order for websites and apps. It also lets you change your keyboard language. Select Start > Settings > Time & language > Language & region.
Create a document in Word - Microsoft Support

Select Blank document, or double-click a template image or type the kind of document into the Search for online templates box and press Enter.
