The Phone Link supports messages sent by Short Message Service (SMS). It also supports Multimedia Messaging Service (MMS) messaging. You can still send your favorite photos and GIFs from your PC.

You can import photos and videos you have stored on a camera’s SD card, a USB drive, a phone, or on another device. Here's how: Use a USB cable to connect your device to the PC. In the search box on the taskbar, type photos and then select the Photos app from the results. Select Import from the app bar.

Use an add-in while composing a message. Create a new message or reply to an existing one. From the ribbon, select the Message tab, then choose the add-in you want to use. If the add-in doesn’t appear in the ribbon, select Apps to view your installed add-ins.

You can import data from a text file into an existing worksheet. Click the cell where you want to put the data from the text file. On the Data tab, in the Get & Transform Data group, click From Text/CSV. In the Import Data dialog box, locate and double-click the text file that you want to import, and click Import.
