In new Outlook, open a new message or reply to a message. From Options > Show fields, select Show Bcc. Add the names of people you want on the Bcc line. Note: When you add someone's email address to the Bcc (blind carbon copy) box, a copy of the message is sent to that person.

Select Start > Settings > Update & Security > Troubleshoot. Select the type of troubleshooting you want to do, then select Run the troubleshooter. Allow the troubleshooter to run and then answer any questions on the screen.
