The HDR display or TV must support HDR10, DisplayPort 1.4, HDMI 2.0 or higher, USB-C, or Thunderbolt. To find the specifications for a specific PC or external display, visit the device manufacturer’s website.
HDR settings in Windows - Microsoft Support
To play HDR games and use HDR apps, your PC and display must meet certain hardware requirements. For detailed info, see Display requirements for HDR in Windows. If your PC and display support HDR, turn it on to get started. Select the Start button, then enter settings. Select Settings > System > Display.
