Let's take a good look at the clues in this example that pretends to be a subscription confirmation to Norton LifeLock. 1. The sender address. The sender's email address is often the first clue that the message is a fake. In this example they haven't even tried to make it look real.

Microsoft Office has a feature that lets you send Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint files as Internet faxes. This feature relies on having the Windows Fax Printer Driver or Fax Services installed on the computer to send the faxes.

The recommended (and easiest) way to get SP1 is to turn on automatic updating in Windows Update in Control Panel and wait for Windows 7 to notify you that SP1 is ready to install. It takes about 30 minutes to install, and you'll need to restart your computer about halfway through the installation.
