Sign in to SharePoint. SharePoint is a browser-based app that you connect to through your web browser, like so: Go to office.com, and sign in to your work or school account. In the upper left corner of the window, select the app launcher > All apps > SharePoint.

Plug one end of the video cable into the port on the external screen. Make sure that your TV, monitor, or projector is turned on. Connect the other end of the cable to the video adapter. If the signal is bad: You have either a coverage problem, or a poor reception/antenna problem. Make sure you're in an area that has over-the-air signals.

How to start voice typing. To use voice typing, you'll need to be connected to the internet, have a working microphone, and have your cursor in a text box. Once you turn on voice typing, it will start listening automatically. Wait for the "Listening..." alert before you start speaking.
