Sign in to SharePoint. SharePoint is a browser-based app that you connect to through your web browser, like so: Go to office.com, and sign in to your work or school account. In the upper left corner of the window, select the app launcher > SharePoint.

Select Accounts > Automatic Replies. Select the Turn on automatic replies toggle. Select Send replies only during a time period, and then enter start and end times. Under Send automatic replies inside your organization, enter the message to send while you're away.

Be sure to redeem your rewards points in the same region you signed up in. Do not use a VPN while trying to redeem points. When redeeming points, use a mobile or landline phone number for authentication and not a VoIP phone number.

For example, you can create rules that will change the importance level of messages as they come in, automatically move them to other folders, or delete them based on certain criteria. Select a tab option below for the version of Outlook you're using.
